Canadian Greenhouse Gas Regulations

Canadian Greenhouse Gas Regulations

Third-party verification of the facilities’ reported GHG emissions is critical to ensuring accuracy and conformity to the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulation but will become even more significant under the WCI as emissions are capped and carbon credits are traded and sold between emitters. IESC has been accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) since August 2014. We are one of the few companies in Canada qualified to undertake such verification assessments.

IESC has put together a list of reporting regulations in the different province of Canada. Please download the document below for more information on the threshold, different types of regulated facilities and deadlines to report and verify the GHG emissions.
